1. Tympanoplasty

Tympanoplasty is a surgical procedure to repair a perforated or damaged eardrum. It may help restore the integrity of the eardrum, improve hearing, and prevent recurrent ear discharge or infection.

2. Mastoidectomy

Mastoidectomy involves removing diseased or infected tissue from the mastoid bone behind the ear. It may be performed for chronic ear infections, cholesteatoma, or other conditions affecting the middle ear and mastoid.

3. Ossiculoplasty

Ossiculoplasty is a procedure to repair or reconstruct the tiny hearing bones of the middle ear. It may be considered when these bones have been damaged by infection, trauma, or other ear conditions and hearing is affected.

4. Stapedotomy

Stapedotomy is a specialised middle-ear procedure used to improve hearing in selected patients with stapes fixation, commonly associated with otosclerosis. The procedure involves creating a small opening and placing a prosthesis to help restore sound transmission.

5. Myringotomy & Grommet Insertion

Myringotomy involves making a small opening in the eardrum to drain fluid from the middle ear. A grommet may be inserted to allow continued ventilation and drainage, particularly in patients with persistent middle-ear fluid or recurrent ear problems.

6. Preauricular Sinus / Cyst Excision

This procedure involves removing a preauricular sinus or cyst located near the front of the ear. Excision may be recommended for recurrent infection, discharge, swelling, or repeated episodes of inflammation.
